Shipping & Deliveries

After you place an order, you will first receive an order confirmation email telling you we have received your order. Once we package and ship your order, you will receive a second email with tracking information. If you are unable to find this email, please contact us at sales@groveharvest.com and we’ll be happy to send your tracking info your way! For ground shipments, please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery. Orders received after 11 am will ship the next business day.

Our Grove Harvest Drizzlers™ and Delights™ products are sensitive to temperature extremes and may melt during shipping if too warm. We work hard at packaging and properly labeling our packages for heat protection during shipment, but we may hold off on shipping product during extreme conditions until we expect the outside temperatures to allow for a successful delivery. During the warmer months, all of our heat-sensitive products will be packaged in insulated containers and shipped with cold packs via overnight or 2-day delivery, at an additional cost. Packages that are left in the sun or require multiple delivery attempts have the highest likelihood of melting. We appreciate your help in assisting our shipping partners in making delivery attempts as easy as possible.

In spite of any precautions and preparations we may take, we understand that things happen during shipment which are outside of reasonable control. If your product arrives in a condition that you find not suitable to eat, please send us a message at sales@groveharvest.com and we will be happy to replace what you have ordered.
